Title and Cover Reveal for Otherkin's Sequel!

I'm so thrilled to share with you the cover for the sequel to OTHERKIN, which will also tell you its title:

Don't you LOVE it?

There's so much I think is amazing here - the moon looming behind her, that the model is moving and in action, that her hair (and her butt!) look great, that the tiger lurks almost like something out her subconscious in the background...

That not only is green my favorite color but it echoes the green in the eyes on the cover of OTHERKIN.

The branches are particularly apropos, and hint at part of her character development in this book, which is called OTHERMOON for a very good reason I can't share with you. That would be a spoiler, and we can't be having that. Most of you haven't even read the first book yet, for crying out loud.

The tagline is also an indication of plot and character development to come.... Too bad you have to wait until February of 2013 to figure out what the heck I'm talking about.

...pausing now to reflect on the fact that my name is in green on the cover of another book.

Holy dreams come true!

Guess this means the first one wasn't a fluke.

Love the cover!! The cover's vibe is so dark and mysterious. I think I feel chills running down my arms :)

Thanks, Candace! That's exactly how I felt when I first saw it, so I'm thrilled to know I'm not the only one!

It's very beautiful... and I'm one of the lucky ones who happens to know that the beauty matches what's inside...

I'm pretty much sold on your books just for having a tiger on the cover <3 SO ADORABLE!

But yay! Othermoon turned out really well :) This is a small thing but I love the font they printed your name in.

Brenna, I'm totally a sucker for anything with tigers too. Scientists call them a "charismatic" animal for a reason!

So glad you like the cover! I, too, am in love with my name font (I wonder what it's called. Maybe I can find out...), but I'm also a bit biased. :)

Jen, thanks. Too kind!

Book 2 already????

:O

Absolutely brilliant! I really do like that you do get the feeling that the image on the cover of Otherkin is like the opening shot and by the time you get to Othermoon it's almost like the camera has zoomed out in a continuation.....but I could be wrong :P

I am really looking forward to reading your book. Most of the time nowadays it's gadgety and eBooks and what nots, but I am making the exception for Otherkin :) I shall be getting a real paper 'hold it in your hands' book :)

Keep up the stirling work Nina. I am so happy for you I really am. Good luck!
